Thank you for your patience as we have developed the following refund policy, given the weather cancellation of the final day at Texas Eclipse.

Refund Policy

All festival tickets will be eligible for an automatic partial refund based on the number of days, less taxes, fees and shipping.

  • 4-Day GA & VIP tickets will receive a 25% refund of the ticket’s face value
  • 3-Day GA & VIP tickets will receive a 33% refund of the ticket’s face value
  • 2-Day GA & VIP tickets will receive a 50% refund of the ticket’s face value

All camping upgrades and add-ons purchased will receive a partial refund of 25% of the face value, less taxes and fees. This reimbursement is based on the supplier cost, as well as the consultation of our insurance company regarding weather-driven event cancellations.

Tickets Purchased in Full (Without a Payment Plan)

Partial refunds will process automatically back to the card & account on file. Refunds will start to process on May 2nd, 2024. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to show in your account (so no later than May 10th, 2024). No further action is required.

Tickets Purchased on Payment Plan

Due to the complex nature of the payment plan refunds, partial refunds will be processed two weeks later. Partial refunds will process automatically back to the card & account on file. Refunds will start to process on May 17th, 2024. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to show in your account (so no later than May 24th, 2024). No further action is required.

Hard Ticket Refunds

The refund policy on hard tickets is the same as listed above on the refund policy. However, If you purchased a physical (hard) ticket from a promoter, a physical check will be mailed back to you based on the partial refund policy. The festival will be contacting those who purchased hard tickets directly with further details.

Chargebacks

IMPORTANT: Please note that orders that are currently in a charged-back status are not eligible for refund and the chargeback will prevent future refunds from taking place. Once a chargeback has been initiated, it can take up to 90 days before it is resolved. To prevent any delays or risk to your refund please do not initiate a chargeback.

Other

Other ticket platforms, shuttles, transfers, merchandise, and spa/showers.

  • All Texas Eclipse Shower purchases that were not used & claimed will be refunded automatically by the week of May 2nd, 2024. No further action is required.
  • All Bush Spa tickets purchased through the festival that were not used & claimed will be refunded back to the card used at check out. Please fill out this Bush Spa refund request form prior to May 17th, 2024 https://forms.gle/mEWU8dWAaK8dYWPf7
  • Unclaimed Texas Eclipse merch items (hats, water bottles, etc) will be refunded automatically by the week of May 2nd, 2024. No further action is required.
  • All Texas Eclipse Jampack ticket purchasers will be refunded based on the partial refund policy stated above and will be refunded at the point of purchase. No further action is required. No refund will be offered on the hotel stay.
  • For all ambassadors that claimed Social Ladder rewards will have a portion of their points refunded. Please contact your manager for further details
  • All tickets that were officially transferred in the See Tickets system will not have their partial refund automatically processed. Tickets marked as transferred will have checks mailed to the final owner of the ticket. See Tickets customer support will reach out to those final ticket owners directly to facilitate an alternate form of payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will additional costs (hotel, flights, etc.) be refunded?
Since hotels and flights were ultimately purchased through third-party companies, unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for these items.

How will the refund appear on my bank account?
The refund will be shown under the descriptor “SeeTickets” rather than “Texas Eclipse.”

I used multiple cards on my payment plan, which card will receive the refund?
The system will automatically process the partial refund back to all cards used to make installment payments. Each installment will receive a partial refund based on the refund policy and you will receive multiple refund amounts based on the number installments made. This includes your deposit but please note that we collected all taxes & fees in the deposit, the partial refund will only apply to the face value amount collected during the deposit. The refunds may arrive at different times but all will return on or before May 24th, 2024.

I earned points as an ambassador. What happens to those?

Points will be refunded at the same % rate as the refunds:

  • 4-Day GA & VIP tickets will receive a 25% refund of the points claimed
  • 3-Day GA & VIP tickets will receive a 33% refund of the points claimed
  • 2-Day GA & VIP tickets will receive a 50% refund of the points claimed
  • All camping upgrades claimed via points will receive a 25% refund of the points claimed.
  • All unscanned merchandise items claimed via points will be refunded on a case by case basis. Please contact your manager for more details.

I bought my ticket(s) through a reseller / unofficial sales channel, how will I get my refund?
Please note that SeeTickets will ONLY issue refunds for tickets that were sold directly through the SeeTickets ticketing system. In case you ordered ticket(s) through an unofficial sales channel, you will have to contact this party directly.

Could you refund the amount to another person?
No, we are only authorized and able to refund the money to the original & current buyer.

I know for sure my card was closed, can you send the refund to a different card?
Due to legal & security reasons, we must first attempt the automatic refund. If the funds can not be sent back to the credit card used at check out, See Tickets customer support will reach out to you for an alternative refund method.

I purchased a Minor (13-17) ticket, will that be included in the refund policy?
Yes! All minor tickets will receive a 25% refund of the ticket’s face value.

What exactly is considered a camping upgrade or addon?
Here is a full list of everything that will receive a 25% automatic refund as part of the camping upgrade & addons.

  • Car Camping
  • Group Car Camping
  • All Glamping Tents (Base Camp, Grove, Safari, Stargazer)
  • Shift Pods
  • Pre-Set Tents
  • RV Pass
  • RV+ Pass
  • Turnkey RV’s
  • All individual camping tickets listed as “upgrade”. For example, “RV Power Upgrade”

I purchased my ticket a long time ago and now I do not have that credit card or bank account anymore. How will I get my refund?
Due to security reasons, it’s not possible to transfer money to another account. Such changes are the responsibility of the credit card company. Customers should contact their old bank to transfer to the new account.

I purchased my ticket with a Visa gift card and I no longer have the card. How will I receive my refund?
Fans should contact the issuing bank, such as Visa to make arrangements. The money will be transferred back to the original card number for legal reasons.
